UNICEF Uzbekistan, in collaboration with the Ministry of Pre-school and School Education, invites qualified suppliers to submit proposals for the supply, delivery, and installation of ICT equipment, software, and services to support digital transformation in 50 model schools under the ISHONCH 2030 project. The scope includes the provision of teacher and student laptops, charging carts, and accessories, with delivery options either to a central warehouse in Tashkent (CIP) or directly to schools nationwide (DPU), along with full installation, configuration, and on-site commissioning. Proposals will be evaluated based on technical compliance, experience in large-scale educational deployments, availability of after-sales service in Uzbekistan, documentation completeness, and cost-effectiveness, with preference given to bidders offering comprehensive end-to-end solutions and a three-year service warranty.
