Lot No. 1 Impregnated wooden sleeper, Type 2 Dimensions: 2750 x 230 x 160 mm (± tolerances according to DSTU) pcs. - 116, Impregnated transition wooden beam (rainbow) Length: 4.45 m pcs. positions. The product must meet the requirements of DSTU 8147:2015 (or GOST 78-2004) for sleepers and DSTU GOST 8816:2009 for transfer beams. Coniferous wood (pine, larch, spruce) is not lower than 1-2 grade. The wood should not have rotten, inner sapwood, sprouts or cracks that exceed DSTU standards. Obligatory deep impregnation in an autoclave under pressure using the vacuum-pressure-vacuum method in accordance with GOST 20022.5-93. Oily antiseptics (coal oil for wood impregnation in accordance with DSTU/GOST). Protective the substance must provide resistance to washing out, exposure to moisture and biodamage. The product must be new, produced no earlier than 2025-2026, and such that it has not been in use or stored in the state reserve. As part of the tender offer (or during supplies) must provide: Quality passport (or certificate of conformity) of the manufacturing plant for each batch of goods. Document confirming autoclave impregnation indicating the depth of penetration of the antiseptic and the normative absorption of the protective agent. Basis delivery: Delivery is carried out by force, transport and at the expense of the Supplier (DDP according to Incoterms). 179 B.
