1) The LGU-TUNGA, LEYTE, through the 20% D.F. 2026 intends to apply the sum of Php400, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for One Lot Construction of Stage. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
