Description : 1) The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office- MIMAROPA (DA-RFO-MIMAROPA) through the FY2026 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Fifty-Three Million Seven Hundred Thirty-Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos (Php253, 738, 800.00) representing the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of 281, 932 liters Liquid Nitrogen Fertilizer with Humic Acid for Distribution to Rice Farmers in MIMAROPA Region under the Production Support Services for CY2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The DA-RFO-MIMAROPA now invites bids for the above-mentioned procurement using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB) award criterion. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) calendar days for CY2026 Wet and Dry Season. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
