Tender Details

Tenders Are Invited UNOPS is hereby inviting suppliers to bid for the establishment of Long-Term Agreements (LTAs) for the supply of SaaS software licenses and implementation services for a Recruitment and Onboarding System for UNOPS globally as further described in the Schedule of Requirements. This RFP comprises: (a)licences for a SaaS software solution (the proposed product), as well as (b) implementation services for the product (resource rates). Based on the results of this competitive bidding exercise, UNOPS intends to enter into non-exclusive Long Term Agreement(s) (LTA) with a single vendor capable of providing the full scope of the required solution and other associated services (as outlined in the Schedule of Requirements). UNOPS, therefore, strongly encourages the vendors to bid accordingly. The Long-Term Agreement (LTA) encompasses a duration of three (3) years, with the provision for an extension of up to two additional years (1 1), subject to vendor performance and price competitiveness.----IMPORTANT NOTE: Interested vendors must respond to this tender using the UNOPS eSourcing system, via the UNGM portal.
