*An LTA is a non-binding agreement that does not constitute a commitment to purchase. But it ensures the availability of the required service with an agreed framework of terms and conditions.*The major objectives of the services to be provided to the UNICEF country office; cleaning and fumigationservices are: • To have a clean and healthy working environment for staff and visitors • To preserve and protect the building and assets from excessive wear and tear • To prevent the risk of plagues and other health issues for staff.Partial submission (only cleaning services or only fumigation services)is possible, to accommodate local specialized service providers that have only one of these two categories in their portfolio. The Local Supplier shall provide the cleaning and/or the fumigation services as may be required from time to time pursuant to existence of a Service Contract/Work Orders, andin accordance with the terms and conditions of the LTA
