REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR SERVICES (LRPS) LRPS-2026-9205050 THE UNITED NATIONS CHILDREN'S FUND, UNICEF (UNICEF) Invites you to submit a proposal for: LONG-TERM AGREEMENT (LTA) FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF AIR CONDITIONING HVAC SYSTEM OF BUILDING #102 (UNICEF) PART I - INFORMATION PURPOSEThe purpose of this tender is to contract the preventive and corrective maintenance services of the HVAC air conditioning system of the UNICEF offices in Panama, located in City of Knowledge, Building 102, Panama City, Republic of Panama. The service seeks to maintain air conditioning equipment in optimal operating conditions, cleanliness and hygiene, both in its internal and external components, using appropriate and environmentally friendly products. OBJECTIVES AND SCOPE OF WORKObjectivesEnsure the proper functioning, maintenance and cleaning of the HVAC air conditioning system of the UNICEF offices, ensuring the operational continuity of equipment, indoor air quality and compliance with the required hygiene and safety conditions.
