Lot 1 - Taxicard Bookings Estimated value; £8M/year Provision of door-to-door Taxi and PHV services for Taxicard members, including advance, ASAP, and essential goods delivery bookings. Lot 2 - Dial-a-Ride Taxis/PHVs Estimated value; £100k to £200k /year Ad hoc Taxi and PHV shift services for Dial-a-Ride members, covering gaps in minibus availability with accessible vehicle options. Lot 3 - Taxicard Street Hail Estimated value; Varies between 1 to 10% roughly of the taxicard scheme value. Allows eligible members to street hail licensed taxis, supporting flexible, on-demand travel under the Taxicard scheme.
