The EUR Logistics Services Project, part of IFC-s Country Economics and Advisory (CAE) portfolio in Europe, encompasses Ukraine, Moldova, Serbia, and Albania. The advisory support focuses on three key areas: (i) Enabling Regulatory and Policy Reform - supporting governments in identifying and implementing priority reforms in logistics and warehousing to enhance efficiency and attract investment, in close alignment with EU requirements and standards; (ii) Strengthening Private Sector Capacity - providing targeted training and advisory support to boost the competitiveness of local logistics and warehousing firms; (iii) Promoting Green and Digital Transformation - assessing green and digital investment needs and assisting high-potential firms in identifying and adopting relevant solutions, as well as providing diagnostic information to the governments and private sectors. Under the Component III, the Project will support the Development Agency of Serbia with the assessment aimed to identify logistics investment opportunities that support priority FDI sectors at selected locations, while also identifying public sector investments in logistics infrastructure and services necessary to unlock these opportunities. The Consultant will undertake a focused and in-depth assessment of logistics requirements for selected priority sectors and industrial locations in Serbia. The analysis will be limited to the following priority sectors and locations: Priority sector(s) will include advanced manufacturing sector, with special focus on: · Electric Vehicle (EV) manufacturing; · Battery manufacturing; · Robotics manufacturing. Priority locations/industrial zones: Inđija, Ćuprija, Leskovac, Kragujevac and Elixir Group Industrial Chemical Park, Prahovo.
