Providing comprehensive renovation and construction works in the field of refractory lining of furnace and calciner technological equipment at the Holcim Polska S.A. plant. The subject of the order includes demolition works, installation of anchors, slabs, working concrete and insulation, brickwork of the furnace and construction of working platforms.1. Subject of the Order We invite you to submit a price offer for: Lining works of the technological line. Detailed description of the Subject of the Order: The scope includes renovation of the lining works. for the areas: Head, Cooler, Rise Chamber, By-pass, Furnace Inlet, Calciner, TAD, Channel C5-C4, C5, Burners and Furnace. The scope of work includes in particular: application of working and insulating concrete (349.7 m²), bricklaying of the furnace (49.5 m), demolition and removing tension/brick, sandblasting the furnace shell, assembly/disassembly of the entrance platform and construction of work platforms. Detailed technical specifications, list of equipment, scope of works and execution conditions are included in Annex No. 3 to this inquiries.2.
