Description : 1. The Local Government Unit of Kabacan, through Office of the Mayor intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Seventy Four Thousand Nine Hundred Pesos (P 174, 900.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for LGU Employees (Job Orders & Casuals) Bags of Groceries. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Kabacan, now invites bids for LGU Employees (Job Orders & Casuals) Bags of Groceries. Goods must be delivered within three (3) calendar days upon receipt of Purchase Order. Eligibility of Bidders must be at least holding a Red membership in PhilGEPS.
3. The Bidder/supplier shall provide the materials on a credit basis and submit to the Procuring entity a billing statement after the delivery accompanied by an invoice.
