1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of uninterrupted, systematic and comprehensive legal services for the investment carried out as a task entitled: "Construction of a psychiatric ward for children with a hospital school in the Masovian Center Neuropsychiatry in Józefów - stage II construction" aimed at achieving the intended goal. The goal of the Ordering Party is to perform its statutory tasks and those resulting from legal provisions, in all units operating in the hospital and school premises in Józefowie. 2. The subject of the contract will be implemented in particular through legal advice or consultations, preparation of legal opinions, preparation, support in the preparation or review of all letters, applications to administrative bodies, projects contracts, contracts concluded by the Ordering Party, participating in negotiations or conducting negotiations, preparing resolutions and similar documents according to the assumptions presented by the Ordering Party or agreed with the Ordering Party, representing the Ordering Party before administrative bodies and other institutions, in administrative proceedings, as well as legal representation before all courts, in all matters directly or indirectly related to the investment. 3. The Ordering Party undertakes the law firm to use the software provided by him on the day of concluding the contract and to work, in particular with a list of performed tasks and their status.
