Scope
. The procurement includes laundry of proprietary work clothes for care and care personnel.
. We have an annual laundry requirement for about 200 people in home care and elder care. We do not have personal garments in the municipality.
. The supplier should offer:
ID marking of garments
Download of dirty garments
Washing of garments
Delivery of clean garments to specified location (one place of delivery)
Ensorting of garments in shelves
Any repair of garments
Packaging, wash bags, wagons and other goods holders for garments in the appropriate number and sizes
A user-friendly and overview statistics system with customer login
Tender is submitted on the entire mission. Contracting entity intends to sign agreements with a supplier for 4 years.
