Description
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate Request for Quote (RFQ) will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA3016-24-Q-5067 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 effective date 05/22/2024 and DFARS change notice 05/30/2024. This purchase is being solicited as 100% Small Business set-aside.
Descrition of Work:
The work to be performed under this contract shall consist of replacing all current window blinds with new window blinds product, as well as removal of older window blinds as specified in this Statement of Work. Refer to attachment 3.
*This is a notice that this order is a total set-aside for small business concerns.*
This NAICS code is 337920.
Site Visit. A site visit will be conducted on 21 June 2024 at 1:00 PM Central Daylight Time.
All contractors who plan to attend must send completed EAL Attachment 2 base access request form. Please only fill out box 12 and section V of the form. Once complete please send via email for the site visit before 17 June 2024 at 3:00 PM CDT by sending an email to Thomas Farrell at [email protected] . No late submissions will be accepted. It is contractor-s responsibility to confirm that base pass requests have been received by 502 CONS.
All individuals attending the site visit will meet at Arrive at Lackland AFB Luke Gate Visitor Center between 12:00 PM -12:55 PM to sign in before the site visit to pick-up your base pass.
