A maximum of two (2) suppliers with the best Total Points will be selected for each sub-area of ​​the framework arrangement, and they will be placed in priority order. Luke reserves the right to usepriority order for acquiring supplies and chemicals. The bidder can submit a bid in one or more sub-areas. The selection of suppliers is based on the order of priority established on the basis of the comparison of bids identified in the tender prior to the framework agreement, so that theinta targets the first supplier in the order.
