Labor hire (waste sorting assistant work) The tenderer wishes to ensure the performance of his waste classification and sorting tasks partly by means of temporary labor hire. The task of the winning tenderer is to ensure the appropriate human resource base, and a performance of tasks related to the use of temporary employees. The framework amount of the contract to be concluded with the winning tenderer: HUF 1, 292, 000, 000 net. During the duration of the contract, the tenderer undertakes to draw 80% of the total amount obligation. The tenderer wishes to ensure the performance of his waste classification and sorting tasks partly by means of temporary labor hire. The task of the winning tenderer is to ensure the appropriate human resource base and the hired employees performance of tasks related to its application. During the duration of the contract, the tasks according to the subject of the public procurement must be carried out by a minimum of 40 and a maximum of 60 people based on the order of the contracting authority, in terms of the amount of waste to be processed, 5 day (Monday-Friday), also on holidays, planned 24 hours a day, in 2 12-hour shifts, which can be deviated from in justified cases based on prior notice to the contracting authority.
