The purpose of the procurement is to procure operational support and software monitoring services for the FusionR BSS system of the NISZ National Infocommunication Service Private Limited Company (hereinafter: Bidder) from the conclusion of the contract, in the event of license extension, as a matter of law, For the period up to December 31, 2026. 2. The subject of procurement includes the following services: a. Hot-Line Support (HLS) service b. Error correction (supplier warranty) c. 1, 000 engineering hours (which can optionally be called up) expert service related to operation support. d. Maintenance and software monitoring service FusionR BSS license: 29500 pcs NAVGW/NAVINFO module license: 1 pc The FusionR BSS system is a company management and operational support system that supports the invoicing and other accounting and operational processes of NISZ Zrt. database engine is the OracleSQL database developed by the manufacturer Oracle.
