The city of Kankaanpää requests an offer for administrative and financial audit services in accordance with the Municipal Act of the City of Kankaanpää (410/2015) and audit services in accordance with the Auditing Act of its subsidiaries (1141/2015) and of the audit board's secretarial services. The offer is binding and must be written in Finnish. The entire procurement process is in Finnish. The unit prices for inspection days and hours must be fixed during the first two years. With the editor is then entitled to submit a price revision after negotiating with the customer. The supplier must demonstrate the reasons for price increases and their effect on the total price. Any price revisions come into force upon the customer's approval. The service must comply with the directly binding regulations of the European Union, Finnish laws and regulations, and regulations issued by the authorities. The procurement includes: a) Section 122 and Section 123 of the Municipal Act of the Kankaanpää city administration and financial audit in the financial years 2026-2029 b) Statutory audit of subsidiaries of the city of Kankaanpää in fiscal years 2026-2029 in accordance with Section 3:1.1 of the Auditing Act.
