K23208-2 New plastic 770-liter waste collection containers.

Purchase and delivery of a new 770-liter plastic waste collection container in the basic quantity of 400 pieces and the specified optional quantity of 100 pieces.

Request for quotationhe undertakes to draw down the entire basic quantity.

The tenderer wishes to purchase new (unused, non-refurbished) waste collection containers within the framework of this procedure. The term "new" tenderer means the joint existence/fulfillment of the following: the proposed/present public procurementContainers delivered during the term of the contract to be concluded under this procedure must not be more than 1 year older than the date of receipt and must be free of use and damage.is exhausted earlier, then he is obliged to fulfill it until then.

The tenderer requests to fulfill the contractual quantity in several installments, with ad hoc orders.

The parties agree that a minimum of 50 and a maximum of 400 containers will be ordered by the Customer at the same time, which the Supplier will place the ordermust deliver within no more than 45 days.

The Bidder shall keep at least 15 calendar days between orders.
