Other information : Negotiations for the public procurement in question are initiated on the basis of Decision on Suspension of Procedure No. 6.05.6-E.02.01.-315261 / 17-2019 dated 07.10.2019. adopted on the basis of the conducted Open Procedure for this public procurement.Opened Public Procurement Procedure JN / 2100/0222/2019the connection of the walls of the machine building of HE and RHE BB "was suspended on the grounds that one unacceptable bid had been submitted by the expiry of the deadline for submission of tenders in the tender documentation for the subject public procurement in the section ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE PUBLIC PROCUREMENT PROCEDURE REFERRED TO IN ARTICLE 76.
