this tender calls for the supply of all labour, equipment and materials to complete all works to construct the jenner jacobs drain extension located in the municipality of chatham-kent, in the community of raleigh. the work generally includes but is not necessarily limited to: brushing, trimming and stumping as required, disposal by burning on-site or removal off-site. excavation of 678 linear metres of existing drain and approximately 1, 350 m3 of material, excavation of new open drain totalling approximately 314 lineal metres of drain. drain reshaping, widening, levelling of excavated materials and or trucking as required. hydraulic seeding due to bank widening, approximately 2400 m2 and hydraulic seeding of new drain banks, approximately 1, 100 m2. installation of bridge which includes supply and install of 14 m long, 750 mm diameter pipe and bedding system and sloping stone end walls. removal and disposal of existing concrete catch basin supply and install of tile ends, and supply and install of stone erosion protection for inlets. fill in existing upper portion of private ditch.
