Six-story Hospital (I2) building, including a bed tower of 100 beds over a two story diagnostic and treatment structure. a. The proposed 100-bed Hospital Acute Care Hospital includes 72 beds for general medical/surgical use, 16 beds for intensive care use and 12 beds for general obstetrics use (LDRP). b. The proposed Diagnostic and Treatment areas - Emergency Department, Imaging Department, Surgical Department, Administration other support areas formulate the proposed 100-bed Acute Care Hospital (CON # 10395) inclusive of an Emergency Department totaling A+/- 225, 000 SF. 3. An Ambulatory Care Clinic/Medical Office Building; approximately +/- 60, 000 gross square feet. 4. A Support Building structure which includes a central utility plant, parking, loading dock, elevator lobbies and maintenance services.
