1. The Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center, using a single-year Framework Agreement, through the Government of the Philippines (GOP) of 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Twenty Four Thousand Five Hundred Thirty Three Pesos and 80/100 (PhP5, 024, 533.80) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for, ITB NO. 2026-DM-22 / PIN NO. 2026-DM-22. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
