The building developer is theEmirates Realestate Development represented by Mr. Amre Gapre. The pilot site project is in Sheikh Zayed City, Al Sheikh Zayed, Giza Governorate, Egypt. It is a residential building composed of 18 apartments on 6 floors (basement plus five floors). Each apartment is designed for five to six people.
