Object of the contract

The scope of the contract involves the purchase and know the management (Software Asset and Lifecycle Management) software and licenses: 1. Purchasing licenses for standard software.De tenderer will act as an intermediary to provide various standard software packages from different software bidders. Under standard software is furthestto general purpose software developed that is not exclusive to the AFM gesteld.Inschrijver available that can provide software as freeware and shareware software under General Purpose License (GPL), Open Source Software and Public Domain Software. Although there is no fee, but the services for standard softwaremust be delivered to worden.Dossiervorming and commitment: The tenderer is expected that all operational activities are carried out in order to achieve a complete filing a purchase and registration in the Software Asset and Lifecycle Management system used by the AFM (Snow License Manager). advisory Service for the purchase or renewallicenses and (software) contracts: The tenderer is Microsoft (R) Licensing Solution Provider (LSP). The tenderer timely delivers a notification for the renewal of licenses or software maintenance. In some cases, the tenderer an opinion based on the current license position. Tenderer is explicitly requested for the duration of thei?1/2agreement to support the AFM in the determination of the optimal choice in software packages, and thereby should be able to provide support in the finding of "open-source" alternatieven.2. Services for standard software 2nd and 3rd line support related to delivered software.De tenderer is capable of, directly or through through delivery, 2nd and 3rd lineprovide s support for the delivered and managed software. Software Asset and Lifecycle Management (SAM) SAM .For the AFM uses Snow License Manager. The tenderer has demonstrable knowledge of the use and management of Snow License Manager. The requested SAM service consists of two delen.Rapportages and consult :: monthly reporting of status of pending cases, notifications of renewal for next 3 months, notifications for opzegtermijn ;: half-yearly account interview in which the service is discussed and adjusted where appropriate ;: quarterly report which includes, among others compliance position, TCO, identified risks, quick wins.Operationeel application Snow: Under operational management Snow all activities referred necessary to best use making Snow LicenseManager. Among activities are, inter alia, installing updates, perform functional and technical management, maintenance of the acceptance environment, maintain the external links. The AFM currently using an on-premise installation of Snow License Manager. This will in any case be the situation at the start of the contract being awarded.
