CIE is seeking to engage a single IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) for the delivery of a suite of SLA-governed Data Hosting and IT Managed Services (to ITIL standard) from modern data centre facilities (to TIA-942 Tier3 or equivalent standard). CIE has a requirement for expert Client Advisory services to augment and support the procurement and transition phase to the new MSP. CIE will draw on the consultant''s knowledge of previous projects of similar size and scale, broad experience at applying best practices and proven methodologies to assist in the delivery of this crucial component of Ireland''s public transport information services. The Client Advisor will be required work with CIE to design and implement the necessary changes to their future Service Support Model.
