It is necessary to guarantee optimal conditions of thermal comfort and energy efficiency in the building of the Casa Comuna d'Encamp, the Commune plans to carry out a project for the supply and installation of a new air conditioning system that replaces the current cold production facility, which is clearly outdated, with a high risk of breakdowns, poor energy performance and increasing maintenance difficulties.-The project includes the partial dismantling of the existing facilities and the implementation of a new air conditioning system based on variable refrigerant volume (VRV) technology, as well as the equipment, indoor and outdoor units, control, regulation and integration systems necessary for the correct operation of the set of the installation.-The new technical solution will make it possible to optimize energy consumption, improve the reliability of the service and adapt the installation to current efficiency and sustainability standards.
