Short description of the procurement : Ordering (forest) plantation works in the southern region of RMK in the framework of procurement contracts (framework agreements) in 2019. The contracting authority has the right, at its discretion, to carry out redemptions without prior publication of a contract notice by way of negotiated procurement procedures within the meaning of subsection 49 (5) of the RHE, at its discretion, for up to three years after the conclusion of the contract (framework agreement).in order to order similar logging services from the initial contractors in accordance with the full procurement of the original contract.
