Eligibility of Tenderer : THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS SHALL BE SUBMITTED:(Where applicable)i) Photocopy of valid Trade license of current year, valid VAT registration certificate & current Income tax return must be submitted quoting TIN no.ii) Photocopy of Proprietorship/partnership deed/memorandum of association/certificate of incorporation (as applicable).iii) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 01 (one) year experience for supplying similar goods/services and relevant document to be submitted from Govt. Semi-Govt. or reputed organization with the offer.iv) Tenderer must have Refrigerated Delivery Van Refrigerated (Max.5 ° C ) (Freezer -18 ° C with the capacity to supply of Meat items at or below +5°c and necessary documents in supporting the vehicle like up-to-date blue book, tax token, route permit, Insurance, fitness certificate etc have to be submitted with the tender. Incase of hire, necessary deed of agreement also to be submitted.v) Meat must be supplied from Halal way slaughtered animal. Updated Halal and fit for human consumption Certificate from appropriate authority must be submitted during tender and on requirement basis.vi) Meat Processing facilities shall be ISO 22000 certified (updated).vii) Frozen meat must be hard frozen (-18° C) during delivery. Dripping loss after thawing must not exceed 03%.viii) Bidder should have sufficient cash flow to supply the tender items throughout the tender period smoothly. As proof of solvency, the bidders shall submit the original copy of recent Bank Statement/certificate (Min. previous 12 month and not older than 15 days from the date of tender opening) showing the minimum liquid assets or credit facilities not less than 10% of the total quoted price...
