In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the Barangay Talaga Cagayancillo Palawan through Bids and Awards Committee for Government of the Philippines KALAHI CIDSS KKB CY 2018 invite suppliers to participate in the negotiation for the Project, -œSupply with free installation of water Desalination Equipment- in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the -œGovernment Procurement Reform Act-.
The Approved Budget for the Contract as well as the Cost of Bidding Documents is hereunder specified:

Talaga Cagayancillo, Palawan Secretariat at Bgy. Hall, Bgy. Talaga, Cagayancillo, Palawan from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Mondays to Fridays, except Holidays. Payment may be made over the counter through the Bgy Treasurer of Bgy Talaga Cagayancillo, Palawan or through Palawan Express Pera Padala.
Bgy Talaga Cagayancillo Palawan reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bid proposals, to annul the procurement process at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Supplier or Suppliers.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
for WATER DESALINATION UNIT
For the treatment of sea water (TDS up to 36, 000 ppm) and brackish water in compliance with Philippine National Standard for Drinking Water (PNSWD):
a. With physical and bacteriological capability to produce minimum of 800 liters/hour drinking water using seawater/brackish water as source.
b. Can produce product water with Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) maximum of 600 mg/L from a maximum TDS of 5000 mg/L and highly turbid seawater/brackish water.
c. Treatment line to consist: Centrifugal Pump (compatible with salt water), Pre-screening 50 micron, Ultra-Filtration system, Automatic Electric actuated valves group, Carbon Filter, anti-scalant dosing, 1 micron sediment filter, Reverse Osmosis system (BWRO and SWRO), Instrumentations (Flow meters, conductivity meter, pressure regulators, pressure gauges, pressure switches and level switches), Post-chlorine (residual chlorine) dosing and pH adjustment.
d. Product water must have a residual chlorine ranging from 0.3 to 1.5 mg/L.
