The Directorate of Prison and Probation Service (Prison and Probation Service) expects to implement an EU tender for scanning, surveying and 3D modeling of the Prison and Probation Service's total property portfolio during the 2nd half of 2025 with the expected start-up of contract in early 2026. The tender is expected to be implemented as aPublic tender with the award criterion: "Best ratio between price and quality". The primary purpose ofThe project is to validate the areas of the Prison and Probation Service and use of them. In addition, the purpose of the survey and modeling is to establish a digital and data -driven foundation for future property operations, maintenance, planning and development. The project includes scanning, surveying and structureof 3D models (Revit/IFC), which must be able to be integrated into the newly purchased FM system (Dalux FM). The property portfolio consists of buildings across Denmark, as well as in Greenland and in the Faroe Islands. The portfolio spans widely and includes both newer and older buildings with great architectural and technicalvariation.
