The Local Government Unit of Tago, Surigao del Sur invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Invitation for the Purchase of Various Materials for Skills Training on Fashion Accessories Making of Lgu- Tago, Sds of LGU - Tago, Surigao del Sur.Approved budget of contract is Fifty Four Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty Six (Php54, 866.00). 1. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 9184 (R.A. 9184), otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act. Subject to exceptions stated in this Bidding Document, only Bids from Bidders who pass an eligibility check will be accepted. The Bidder who passed the technical requirements and complied with the required performance specifications and parameters will be considered for the financial evaluation. The bid with the lowest price shall be identified as the Lowest Calculated Bid. The Bidder with the Lowest Calculated Bid (LCB) shall advance to the post-qualification stage in order to finally determine its responsiveness to the technical and financial requirements of the project. The contract shall then be awarded to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bidder (LCRB) who is determined as such during post-qualification.
2. The documents required for the Eligibility Documents shall be submitted as part of the Technical Documents of the bidders provided in the Instruction to Bidders.
3. Interested Bidders may obtain further information from the Bids and Awards Committee located at the Municipal Government Building of Tago, Surigao del Sur and inspect the Bid Documents at the address given below from9:00 AM to 4:00 PM from Mondays to Fridays.
4. A complete set of Bid Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders from June 15, 2016 to June 23, 2016 from the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Php 1, 000.00. The Bid Documents are available and shall be received personally by the bidder or his authorized representative on or before the date and time of bid opening.
5. The Municipal Government of Tago, Surigao del Sur will no longer hold a Pre-Bid Conference since the amount is below One Million Pesos.
6. Qualification requirements include successful experience as supplier of at least one (1) contract of same nature and complexity equivalent to the delivery in the last five (5) years with single delivery cited to be at least eighty percent (80%) of value of estimated of cost contracted under Bid and have anannual turnover from all contract averaged over the last three (3) years equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the value of bid under consideration for award.
7. Interested Bidders must submit their Bids at the address below on or before June 23, 2016. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form indicated in the Bid Documents.LateBids shall not be accepted. Bid opening shall be at 2:00PM of June 23, 2016. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders- representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 2:00PM, June 23, 2016.
8. The Municipal Government of Tago, Surigao delSur reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all Bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder or Bidders.
