The Municipal Government of Calauan, Laguna, through 20% Economic Development Fund under Sangguniang Bayan Resolution No. 11-052-2022 intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱8, 300, 00.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Foods. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Calauan, Laguna now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required after the issuance of Purchase Order and Notice to Proceed.
