1. The City Government of Gapan, through the MOOE Local Civil Registrar intends to apply the sum of Three Million Six Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos Only (P 3, 660, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Wedding Gowns and Barongs for Kasalang Bayan 2026 (GOODS - 02 - 2026). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Gapan now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Wedding Gowns and Barongs for Kasalang Bayan 2026 (GOODS - 02 - 2026). Completion of the Works is requiring Thirty (30) Calendar Days upon receiving the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed within ten (10) years a contract similar to the Project.
