Digging reach 9, 900 -10, 200 mm, digging depth 6, 700 - 7, 000 mm, dumping height, 6, 600 - 6, 900 mm, track shoe width 600 - 800mm, triple grouser, 2x49 links, must be equipped with built-in GPS monitoring system, equipped with automatic idling system and rear view camera, complete with standard tool kit, operation and parts catalog.

Terms & Condition/Eligibility: 1.) Bid proposals should be in Philippine Currency (Peso). 2.) Free training for 8 operators, 1 Lubeman, 2 Electricians and 5 Mechanics (operation and maintenance). 3.) Supplier must have a certificate of Exclusive Distributorship. 4.) Sub-dealer is not allowed. 5.) Supplier must have 3'S (Sales, Service and Spare Parts) registered office atleast 10 years within Davao City. 6.) Free one (1) year GSIS Insurance. 7.) Delivery to LGU - City Government of Davao (Motorpool). 8.) Terms of delivery: 90 calendar days delivery period will commence upon receipt of purchase order.
Warranty: Twenty Four (24) months or 4, 000 hours whichever comes first.

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary -œpass/fail- criterion as specified in the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 9184 otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act.

Bid/tender documents may be secured by interested bidders from the above-mentioned office starting September 6 until September 25, 2019 (AM only) upon payment of a non-refundable fee in the form of Cash or Cashier-s/Manager-s Check payable to the City Government of Davao - Bids and Awards Committee (BAC).
All particulars relative to eligibility requirements and posting of bid security, performance bond, pre-bidding conference, examination and evaluation of bids, post qualification and the issuance of the Notices of Award and To Proceed and delivery shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
The City Government of Davao assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of their bids and reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive minor defects therein and accept the offer most advantageous to the government.
