1. The Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center, using a single-year Framework
Agreement, through the Government of the Philippines (GOP) of 2022 intends to apply
the sum of One Million Seven Hundred Forty Two Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty
Seven Pesos & 20/100 (PhP1, 742, 737.20) being the Approved Budget for the
Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for, PIN NO. 2022-DM-056 / ITB
NO. 2022-DM-056. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically
rejected at bid opening.
2. The Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center now invites bids for Early Procurement
