Description : 1) The DOH Treatment and Rehabilitation Center Bataan, through the Continuing Appropriation (SAA 2025-08-003760) FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Four Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 24, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Design and Build of Four (4) Storey OPD Annex Building (Phase 1 of 3), PB 2026-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The DOH Treatment and Rehabilitation Center Bataan now invites bids for Design and Build of Four (4) Storey OPD Annex Building (Phase 1 of 3), PB 2026-001. Completion of the Works is required within Two Hundred Seventy Calendar (270) days upon Receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
