Tender Details

The implementation project of the interior of the P. O. Hviezdoslav Regional Library in Prešov is divided into two parts. Both parts deal with the construction object SO-01 Library, as it is divided in the PD of the construction part. Part A deals with the overall design of the interior of the solved parts - room no. 104, 105, 216, 217 and312, which includes the Architecture and Budget sections. Part A includes the layout of the entire building, fitting of interior elements, detailed documentation of atypical elements, lighting design, coordination of the laying of floors in selected areas, and also a list of typical and atypical elements. Part Bconsists of documentation of two hanging shelves in rooms no. 104 and 105 on the ground floor of the library and includes the Architecture, Statics and Budget sections.

The surfaces of the rooms are not the subject of the interior project, as they are part of the delivery of the building (floors, plaster). The project deals with coordination preparationu, which is related to the realization of the interior and which requires cooperation with the ongoing construction. All changes related to the construction were consulted and agreed upon by the authors of Library Reconstruction P.O. Hviezdoslav in Prešov, Ing. arch. Jozef Kužma and Ing. Vaclav Hochmuth. At the same time, the authorsall steps were consulted with the investor (Krajska library in Prešov, Prešovsky self-governing region), the contractor of the construction part (construction firm ČECH s.r.o.),
