Tender Details

Babcock NZ Ltd (Babcock) is seeking information from suppliers regarding Integrated Platform Management Systems (IPMS). These systems will be incorporated into the Royal New Zealand Navy (RNZN) fleet. The ships of interest are:

1. HMNZS WELLINGTON Offshore Patrol Vessel (OPV)

2. HMNZS OTAGO Offshore Patrol Vessel (OPV)

3. HMNZS CANTERBURY Multi Role Vessel (MRV)

The IPMS provides alarm monitoring and control of machinery and systems on RNZN ships. The Integrated Platform Management System consists of sensors, serial interfaces, remote terminal units and software that provides real time information to multiple display units / workstation for monitoring and control of ship systems.

Babcock welcomes information in relation to marine IPMS solutions.

Babcock is particularly interested in receiving information from those suppliers that have Lloyds Register (LR) Type Approved Products/Systems or will be LR Approval.
