The market concerns collective health care insurance (lot 1) for active agents of the province of Namur as well as active agents of other contracting authorities. The market also relates to ambulatory care insurance (lot 2) and dental care insurance (lot 3). The presentMarket is also offered via the provincial power plant, with a view to ordering services by other contracting authorities (hereinafter referred to as "beneficiary contracting authorities" or "PAB"). The provisions of market documents apply mutatis mutandis to powerBeneficiaries. Specifically concerning the province of Namur, health care insurance also concerns the staff of the Namur castle, agents, teaching staff or active subsidized by the French Community, pensioners, children and spouseor assimilated people listed above. It is referred to the technical clauses for more details. The beneficiary contracting authorities are free to extend or not the coverage to staff who are not necessarily affiliated in accordance with technical clauses.
