Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Insurance Cover on Ssc-S Assets and Other Risks (for a Period of Three (3) Years)
Social Security Housecorner. A.kioppers & j.haupt Streets, Khomasdal, Windhoek

A complete set of Bidding Document in English may be obtained by interested bidders from Cashiers
at the address below ONLY upon payment of a non-refundable fee of N$300.00 (Three Hundred
Namibia Dollars) per bidding document. The method of payment is direct deposit into our bank
account. Bidding documents will only be released upon the presentation of proof of payment.
A complete set of bidding document will be available for collection as from the 7m of October 2021 at
09:00.

A Non-Compulsory pre-bid clarification meeting will be held on the 26th of October 2021 @10:00 on
Microsoft Teams. Prospective bidders who would like to attend the bid clarification meeting should
confirm in writing to the email address indicated above on or before 22nd of October 2021 @ 14:00.
Bids (1 original and 2x copies) placed in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the relevant bid
reference number and description must be deposited into the Tender Box located at the entrance foyer
at the Security Desk on or before the 15"- of November 2021 at 14:30. Electronic bidding will not be
permitted, and late bids will be rejected.

Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders- representatives who choose to attend in person at
the address below on the 15th of November 2021 at 14H45.
