Brief description of the procurement: Tarplani Kaubanduse OÜ will purchase the design, supply, installation and commissioning of the solar power plant and battery storage system for the production building to be built on a turnkey basis at Harku tee 55, Tabasalu township, Harku parish. Purchase volume: solar power plant with a nominal capacity of at least 100 kW on the roof of the building; battery storage with a nominal capacity of at least 120 kWh; inverters, mounting system, cabling, protection and measurement equipment and monitoring software. The offer must also include design, coordination with the network company, implementation documentation, electrical installation audit, local government documentation, commissioning and user training. The building is under construction, it is not possible to visit the object. The roof plan is included among the basic documents. The installation will take place in the second half of 2027 in cooperation with the main building construction contractor and requires the coordination of the work schedule. More detailed requirements are presented in the compliance conditions and basic documents.
