Installation, repair and programming of Schneider-RAU systems and control room programs Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy (Heka) tenders for the installation, programming, repair and maintenance of residential buildings' Schneider-RAU systems and control room programs. A manufacturer-specific software license is mandatory. The assignments include the maintenance, repair and replacement of field devices of HVAC systems connected to automation. The goal of the procurement is to ensure that the technical building systems of Heka's houses work optimally and energy-efficiently. The procurement supports the maintenance and development of the systems' performance so that they meet the building's operational needs as efficiently and economically as possible. The goal is also to promote energy saving and reduce costs due to system disruptions. The procurement applies to Heka's southern, eastern, western and northern service areas, as well as special residential properties. See appendix 07 system list Schneider. The system list may be missing a few basic repair or a new construction site.. A maximum of two (2) suppliers will be selected for the sub-area. The contract period is two (2) years and the option year of the contract is 1 + 1 year. The procurement package has previously been tendered with a procurement notice Hilma number 2026-045208, TED number 222176-2026, as sub-area 2.
