Subject of the Order: Installation of an additional dust collector in the raw material mill with a minimum capacity of 7, 000 m³/h, intended to remove dust from two transfer points on belt conveyors and discharge material onto the existing belt conveyor. Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order: - Installation of a dust collector with a capacity of min. 7000 m³/h to service two transfer points on belt conveyors. - Discharge of dedusted material via a screw conveyor and rotary feeder directly onto the existing conveyor belt.- Adapting the structure to the limited space - the operation and service of filter bags must be performed horizontally through a side hatch.- Construction and assembly of service platforms connected to existing platforms for all service elements (bag space, fittings, control flaps, collector) without collision with existing infrastructure. - Making the filter body from stainless steel and installing insulation on the body and pipelines to protect against condensation and dust deposition. - Mandatory conducting a site visit to the facility before submitting the offer. - Scope of mechanical works: inventory of the area, development of a concept for approval by Holcim Polska S.A., detailed design, prefabrication of the filter with associated equipment (conveyor screw, rotary feeder, dedusting pipelines, supporting structure, service platform), transport to the plant site, assembly, tests and commissioning. - Scope of electrical works: delivery and installation of a circuit breaker...
