Petrojam Limited intends to engage a qualified inspection and engineering contractor to perform integrity assessments, statutory inspections, non-destructive examination (NDE), fitness-for-service evaluations, and engineering studies for selected atmospheric storage tanks and LPG storage vessels located at the Refinery, Kingston Industrial Loading Rack (KILR), Montego Bay Industrial Loading Rack (MILR), and Ethanol Facilities. The objective of this inspection effort is to: • Ensure compliance with API 653 and API 510 inspection requirements. • Verify the mechanical integrity and fitness-for-service of storage assets. • Establish corrosion rates and remaining life. • Identify repair and maintenance requirements. • Support risk-based asset integrity management. • Update inspection intervals and inspection strategies. • Assess operational risks associated with tanks that cannot be removed from service. • Evaluate structural concerns affecting tank calibration and inventory control.
