This is a notice of the government's intent to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source contract to acuitus, incorporated for the development of an innovative, army-focused pilot program to assess an educational methodology using computer based artificial intelligence application/platform, information technology tutoring system located at fort gordon, ga. Acuitus has already independently developed and artificial intelligence (ai) tutoring system which dynamically adapts delivery of instruction based upon an individual student's response and response time as well as emulates the behaviors of the best educators working in the field of information technology (it).
This is not a set-aside for small business. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency.
