Tenders are invited for Infrastructure Development in Gobabis - Procurement for Request for Proposal for Electrical Reticulation
Closing Date: 03 October 2018 at 11:00 (Local Time)
Site Inspection: There is no bid meeting arranged, however, anyone who wants to visit the site may make arrangement with Technical Department, Mr. F. Kanhukamwe at +264 62 577 300.
Restriction: Mandatory Qualifications requirements include: Companies valid Company Registration Certificate, valid original Good Standing Tax Certificate from Inland Revenue, valid original Good Standing Social Security Certificate and valid certified copy of Affirmative Action Compliance Certificate and capable to secure finance for the project. Proof from Employment Equity Commissioner that bidder is not a relevant employer, or exemption issued in terms of Section 42 of the Affirmative Action Act, 1998 and an undertaking on the part of the Bidder that the salaries and wages payable to its personnel in respect of this proposal are compliant to the relevant laws, Remuneration Order, and Award, where applicable. A margin of preference for certain goods manufactured domestically "shall not". be applied. Additional details are provided in the Bidding Documents. Bids submitted by Contractors must be accompanied by a "Bid-Securing Declaration". Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.
