Information Technology Service Desk ensure the operational continuity of institutional technological services, provide timely technical support to users and guarantee the adequate operation of the technological platforms of the Undersecretariat of the Environment; through the hiring of a company specialized in information technologies that provides and manages the human and technical resources necessary to provide the service, considering a staff of five professionals or technicians destined for the management of incidents, service requirements, technical support and operation of technological platforms, both for the central level and for the regional ministerial secretariats.
