Object of the contract
The subject of the public contract will purchase The Center for flexible processing of semi-finished products that enable flexible sheet metal processing, printed circuit boards and other semi-finished and spatial technologies placed on the portal device moving in the direction of X and Y with the possibility of maximum lift and tilt Z -axis tool. This will allow cutting blank or product waterjetem, with abrasive water jet and plasma cutting. These will then be able to be bent further laboratory facilities as needed and further elaborated on this device. Furthermore, the equipment used for welding with CO2 prescribed by CNC program. The equipment must be able to use the kinetic energy of the liquid or mixed media to inkrementálnímu the plastic deformation of the blanks byprescribed CNC program. It is necessary in the future to allow this device to use other technologies, such as grinding or blasting. The device must have two axes Z. One axis Z will be equipped with technology for waterjet and abrasive waterjet s. The second axis Z will be equipped with additional technologies ( removable). Both the Z axis must be hinged. The equipment must be new, fully funCTION, complete and meets the required parameters and must be equipped with required software including licenses so as to allow its full use. An integral part of the public contract is the delivery, installation and initial commissioning including machine setup and operator training directly on the supplied equipment and software.
