Expression of Interest are invited for Independent Procurement Review (Ipr)

1.1. The World Bank financing for Sint Maarten is entirely funded by a trust fund provided by the Government of Netherlands. The St Maarten Trust Fund for Recovery, Reconstruction, and Resilience (here in after the SXM TF) was established in April 2018, financed by the Government of Netherlands for up to 470 million euros (US$553.4 million equivalent) to be administered by the World Bank, and implemented by the National Recovery Program Bureau (NRPB) on behalf of the Government of Sint Maarten I in line with the GoSXM legislation that established the NRPB.

1.4. The procurement team of the World Bank requires an independent review of the procurement and contracting that have been undertaken in Sint Maarten for the following projects under implementation:
